2.Rolling bearing: Automatic aligning roller bearing, High carrying capacity, energy saving more than 5% than the traditional nylon bush .

3.Bearing lubrication: automatic dry oil lubrication, can set the lubrication time and lubrication frequency.

Each pipe is equipped with a pressure gauge to prevent pipe clogging, improper lubrication caused by bearing damage

4.Nip adjustment device: Standard by manual ratchet wrench. And option with electric or hydraulic roller nip adjustment system.

5.Ratio gear: alloy steel (ZG-45) casting, after grinding, high-frequency quenching, the hardness is HRC58-62, low noise ,wear-resisting, long service life .

6.Gear box (reducer): hard tooth surface reducer, adopt top brand in china, with four-axis three-stage transmission, the safety factor is above 2.0.

7.The frame and base: welding and annealed, processed by precision machine. Steel thickness≥40mm.
