2.Rolling bearing: China top brand ZWZ, automatic aligning design, with high carrying capacity,

energy saving more than 5% than the traditional nylon bush .

3.Bearing lubrication: All with automatic dry oil lubrication system

4.Nip adjustment device: Standard by manual, also we have electric/motorized or hydraulic roller nip adjustment system.

5.Ratio gear: alloy steel (ZG-45) casting, after grinding, high-frequency quenching, the hardness is HRC58-62, low noise ,wear-resisting, long service life .

6.Gear box (reducer): hard tooth surface reducer, adopt top brand in china, with four-axis three-stage transmission, the safety factor is above 2.0.

7.The frame and base: welding and annealed, processed by precision machine. Steel thickness≥40mm.

8.Stock guide: Standard with manual control, movable. The material is MC nylon.

Option with hydraulic stock guide system for automatic control.

9.Safety Device: Standard with 4 emergency stop buttons on both sides of the machine, and one on electrical control panel; kick stop device.

Option with chest bump emergency stop, pull-rod emergency stop, safety light curtains, etc.
